When co-founding MAYDAY Recruitment in 2016, one of Imogen’s main goals was to become an employer of choice, where her people would love coming to work every day. Seven years on MAYDAY Recruitment Group is now a multi-award winning national agency, specialising in corporate support, blue collar, a newly created training business, and a culture Imogen is truly proud of. MAYDAY has grown from its three founders to an engaged, high-performing team of almost 40, with little signs of slowing down.

Always passionate about learning and development, in 2021 Imogen co-designed MAYDAY’s Future Recruiter program which trains rookie recruiters for the wider industry. With a focus on candidate and client care, and on innovation, she and her team are building a diverse, sustainable business that continues to thrive.
