Our CEO Lynne believes in prioritising two things; her people and her customers.

Having had a 15 year career in recruitment, financial services, and account management, Lynne brings a holistic approach to working with clients, truly understanding the type of talent solution they need to achieve their business goals. Lynne empowers her team to be the best versions of themselves and strives to help them build long-lasting careers. At MAYDAY she leads the Wellness Committee, and is always looking for new, innovative ways to keep her people happy, healthy, and engaged.

Outside of MAYDAY Lynne spends most of her time enjoying Sydney’s Northern Beaches, practising yoga, exploring new places and connecting with friends and family, both near and far.
