Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical support and guidance to Registered Nurses (RNs)
- Triage referrals
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments
- Prescribe medications and treatments in line with best practice
- Monitor and manage patient deterioration
- Maintain aged care interactions and manage rebates
- Complete claims and documentation using the Healix system
- Work autonomously while collaborating closely with the Operations Lead
- Experience working in aged care
- Able to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Familiarity with the Healix system (advantageous but not essential)
