The Role:
- Conduct clinical reviews of patients and their oncology protocols
- Perform medication reconciliation processes
- Provide patient education and counseling
- Actively participate and coordinate research and clinical trials
- Dispense and check prescriptions following PBS regulations
- Manage stock and inventory
The ideal Candidate:
- Bachelors of Pharmacy or higher
- Current registration as a registered Pharmacist with AHPRA and the Pharmacy Board of Australia
- Oncology/hospital Pharmacy experience is desirable
- Highly enthusiastic, motivated, and quick to adapt in a supportive environment
- Strong patient focus where the patient is at the centre of every decision
