How do I become a Care Club member?
If you’re working as a nurse through MAYDAY Healthcare, you’ll automatically become part of Care Club from your first day.
How are my Care Club hours calculated?
Your Care Club level is based on your total paid hours worked through MAYDAY Healthcare.
Do my hours reset?
Yes. Your Care Club hours reset each year, and your progress towards the next tier starts again at the beginning of each new membership year. Your current Care Club benefits and eligibility will be managed in line with the program’s Terms & Conditions.
How will I know when I reach a new level?
We’ll let you know! When you reach a new Care Club level, you’ll receive an email from the MAYDAY Healthcare team congratulating you and outlining the benefits you’ve unlocked.

Can I use my rewards straight away?
Some benefits are available as soon as you reach your level, while others may be subject to specific terms, availability or redemption requirements. We’ll provide the details when you reach each level.
What happens when I reach Gold?
Gold is the highest Care Club level. Once you reach Gold, you’ll continue to enjoy your Gold benefits, including the professional development allowance, while remaining an important part of the MAYDAY Healthcare community.
Can I refer a friend?
Absolutely. Our Refer a Friend program forms part of Care Club, with increased referral rewards available to Silver and Gold members.
