This isn't a role where you'll be managing a spreadsheet of 50 care plans.

It's an opportunity to genuinely know your clients, influence how their care is delivered, and help shape the clinical foundations of a growing private home-care business.

We're partnering with a boutique private care provider supporting a small, highly personalised client group across the Eastern Suburbs.

The business has been intentionally built around one simple idea: know the client exceptionally well and provide care that feels

Now, they're ready for their next chapter — and they're looking for an experienced RN to help lead it.

THE ROLE

This is a Clinical Lead position for someone who enjoys being the person others turn to when things get complex.

You'll work closely with the Directors, clinical advisors, nurses and support workers to make sure clients are receiving safe, appropriate and genuinely individualised care.

You'll get to know a small group of older clients in real depth — their health, routines, risks, preferences, families and the things that matter to them.

Duties include but not limited to:
  • Reviewing and developing comprehensive clinical care plans
  • Providing clinical oversight across a complex client group
  • Identifying clinical risks, gaps and emerging changes in client needs
  • Providing clinical advice and direction to support workers and nurses
  • Lead the clinical side of discussions with prospective clients
  • Coaching and supporting the care team
  • Reviewing incidents, risks and changes in health status
  • Ensuring clinical documentation, escalation pathways and governance processes are robust
  • Working with GPs, specialists, allied health and other healthcare professionals
  • Supporting safe client intake and determining whether the organisation can safely meet a client's needs
  • Help implement new systems and processes
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • Current AHPRA registration as an RN
  • Strong clinical experience in aged care, community, rehabilitation, palliative or complex care
  • Confidence leading clinical conversations and mentoring others
  • Strong technology skills and confidence implementing new systems
  • A positive, optimistic approach
  • An adventurous mindset and excitement for growth
  • Commercial awareness and an interest in helping a business evolve
WHY JOIN?
  • Small caseload, big impact
  • Flexible part-time arrangement
  • Salary circa $100,000 - $110,000 (pro rata) + plus super (negotiable)
  • Opportunity to influence clinical standards and business growth
  • Work closely with leadership and become a key part of the organisation's future
THE IDEAL PERSON

You're a nurse who sees possibilities. You're ambitious, relationship-driven, commercially aware, and passionate about delivering exceptional care. You enjoy building teams, solving problems, and being part of something growing and exciting.

If you're ready to bring your clinical expertise, leadership, and energy to a role where your voice truly matters, we'd love to hear from you. Appy now or email laura@maydayhealthcare.com.au for more information!
