The Opportunity
As the Nurse Unit Manager, you'll drive the day-to-day operations of a busy perioperative department, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care while fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.
Working closely with the executive leadership team and visiting specialists, you'll play a key role in service development, workforce planning, quality improvement and operational performance.
About You
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous leadership experience as a NUM, Nurse Manager or senior clinical leader.
- Strong people leadership with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Sound operational, financial and workforce management skills.
- Enjoy a flexible Monday–Friday roster, supporting genuine work-life balance.
- Minimal after-hours and weekend commitments.
- Work closely with respected surgeons across a variety of specialties.
