The Position:
As a PCW, you’ll support residents to live with dignity and independence while working within a collaborative team committed to high-quality, person-centred care.
Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with personal care and daily living activities

Supporting safe mobility and manual handling
-
Monitoring and reporting changes in health
-
Building positive relationships with residents and families
-
Collaborating with RNs and the wider care team
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Aged Care experience
-
Current First Aid & CPR
-
NDIS Worker Screening Check / Police Check
