Practice Manager – Corporate Healthcare | Sydney CBD

MAYDAY Healthcare is proud to partner with a leading corporate health provider to recruit a dynamic and experienced Practice Manager for an exciting new opportunity in Sydney CBD.
This is not your typical GP clinic role. Working across corporate sites, you’ll play a pivotal role in the coordination, and ongoing management of both in-person and telehealth medical services. Partnering closely with the CEO, you’ll help shape the growth and direction of a modern, innovative healthcare service.

About the Role

This hands-on position offers the opportunity to lead from the front, ensuring seamless operations while contributing strategically to the expansion of the service.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading the operational management of corporate-based health clinics
  • Coordinating in-person and telehealth services across multiple CBD locations
  • Managing day-to-day clinic operations, including bookings, workflows, and patient experience
  • Liaising with GPs, Nurse Practitioners, and corporate stakeholders
  • Overseeing administration, billing, and patient records
  • Ensuring compliance with Medicare requirements and best practice standards
  • Supporting the strategic development and growth of the service alongside the CEO
  • Fostering a positive team culture focused on exceptional patient care
  • Relationship management with client 

About You

You are a proactive and adaptable practice manager / senior medical receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
You will bring:
  • Strong experience with Medicare, billing processes, and Best Practice software
  • A background in Practice Management or Senior Medical Reception within a GP setting
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work autonomously
  • Comfort working in a non-traditional, corporate clinic environment

What’s On Offer

  • $75,000 – $95,000 + super(dependent on experience)
