About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to our aged care residents. You’ll work closely with our care team to promote resident wellbeing, maintain clinical excellence, and uphold a safe and respectful environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide person-centred nursing care to aged care residents

Oversee and support care staff to ensure best practice

Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation

Develop, review, and implement individualised care plans

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare partners

Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational policies
About You

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Experience in aged care

Commitment to delivering high-quality, resident-focused care

Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including some weekends
