You’ll have the freedom to choose your work-from-home and office days, manage your own schedule, and work autonomously within a highly supportive team. Working hours sit between 8am–6pm, with flexibility to manage your day around outcomes rather than rigid time constraints.

What’s on offer
• Permanent full-time and part-time positions available
• Salary $80,000 – $100,000 + super (depending on experience)
• Monthly bonus structure
• Hybrid working model (2 days in office, flexibility across WFH and community visits)
• Extremely structured onboarding and induction program designed to set you up for success
• Laptop and phone provided
• Travel reimbursed (km, tolls, parking)
• Strong career progression pathways including leadership opportunities
• Weekly and monthly training, supervision, and development support

About the role

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting injured workers through their recovery and helping them safely return to meaningful employment and independence.

You will:

• Manage a portfolio of clients with physical and psychological injuries
• Complete initial assessments to identify barriers impacting recovery and return-to-work outcomes
• Develop tailored return-to-work and rehabilitation plans
• Liaise closely with employers, insurers, treating doctors, and allied health professionals
• Attend medical appointments and workplace visits with clients where required
• Support and guide clients through their recovery journey using strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Complete case management documentation, reports, and case notes
• Coordinate interventions and facilitate safe, graduated return-to-work outcomes
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients

About you
• General Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a varied caseload
• Comfortable with travel and community-based work
• Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
• Looking to move into a consultative, outcomes-focused role outside of traditional clinical settings

This is a chance to step away from clinical burnout and into a role where your nursing knowledge, communication skills, and clinical reasoning can still make a genuine impact, while offering greater flexibility, autonomy, and long-term career development.
