Are you a passionate Nurse or Paramedic with a background in ED, ICU, Critical Care, Triage, or Emergency Response?
We are recruiting for a unique opportunity within a hybrid Telehealth & Emergency Medical Assistance environment supporting travellers overseas who require urgent medical support and guidance.
This is not a scripted telehealth role, we are looking for emotionally intelligent clinicians who can think critically, communicate calmly under pressure, and confidently assess complex medical situations remotely.

The Role:
- Assess medical situations for travellers overseas
- Provide clinical guidance and determine appropriate care pathways
- Liaise with overseas doctors and hospitals
- Support medical evacuations and repatriations where required
- Explain treatment plans and medical information clearly and compassionately
- Work closely with the wider Medical Assistance team to support travellers in urgent situations
The Ideal Candidate:
- Registered Nurse or qualified Paramedic
- Current AHPRA Registration
- 3+ years experience within ED, ICU, Critical Care, Triage, or Emergency environments
- Strong communication and emotional intelligence
- Ability to think critically and remain calm under pressure
- Strong organisational and documentation skills
