The Role
As Residential Service Manager, you will oversee the operational, clinical and cultural leadership of the service, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care while fostering a positive workplace environment.
About You

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a management role within aged care

At least 2 years’ experience as a Residential Service Manager (or similar leadership role)

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check + AHPRA Registration

Full working rights in Australia
-
Qualifications in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field (desirable)
