The Role
You’ll be joining a hospital where patient care is at the heart of everything they do. Their approach focuses on delivering a warm, personalised, and high-quality healthcare experience.As a Scrub/Scout Nurse, you will play a vital role within the perioperative team, supporting a variety of surgical specialties alongside an expert team of surgeons in state-of-the-art theatres.
What Your Day Looks Like
- Providing skilled scrub and scout support across a range of surgical procedures
- Maintaining aseptic technique and theatre protocols
- Collaborating with surgeons, anaesthetists and multidisciplinary teams
- Ensuring safe handling of surgical instruments and specialised equipment
- Contributing to high-quality patient outcomes and a positive theatre culture
