As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality therapy services while also contributing to the growth and development of the OT function.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a varied caseload across NDIS and home care clients (primarily adults, some paediatrics)
- Delivering assessments, interventions, and reports with a strong focus on functional outcomes
- Working both in-clinic and within the community (optional mobile component)
- Supporting junior clinicians and contributing to team development
- Collaborating closely with physiotherapists and the broader team
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist
- NDIS experience is essential
- Confident working autonomously and managing your own caseload
