Our client, an established and growing allied health provider is dedicated to delivering high-quality, client-centred care that empowers individuals to live more independently. With a strong focus on holistic support, their multidisciplinary team works collaboratively across occupational therapy and physiotherapy to achieve meaningful outcomes.

They operate from a fully accessible clinic in Melbourne’s west, complete with modern treatment rooms, gym facilities, and specialised equipment. Alongside clinic-based care, they also provide community and home-based services for clients who require additional flexibility.

  • Salary: Up to $120K–$130K + super (negotiable for the right candidate)

The Role
As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality therapy services while also contributing to the growth and development of the OT function.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing a varied caseload across NDIS and home care clients (primarily adults, some paediatrics)
  • Delivering assessments, interventions, and reports with a strong focus on functional outcomes
  • Working both in-clinic and within the community (optional mobile component)
  • Supporting junior clinicians and contributing to team development
  • Collaborating closely with physiotherapists and the broader team
About You
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • NDIS experience is essential
  • Confident working autonomously and managing your own caseload
  • Full Australian working rights
