We’re partnering with a growing, close-knit allied health team that’s doing incredible work in the early intervention space and they’re looking for a permanent, full-time, Speech Pathologist in the northern & western Melbourne Suburbs.
This is a young but thriving service that’s grown quickly thanks to strong leadership and a real focus on quality care. With experienced Speech Pathology leadership already in place and Psychology support on board, the business is now entering an exciting phase of growth, including plans to establish clinic hubs very soon.
You’ll work with a paediatric-focused caseload (0–18 years), with the option to see some adult clients. The multidisciplinary team has quickly built a strong reputation in the NDIS space. Services are currently delivered in the community (home, school, childcare), with structured plans to transition into clinic-based work as the business grows.
You’ll be supported by a Senior Speech Pathologist, making this an ideal opportunity for both new graduates and experienced clinicians.
What’s On Offer
- Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 + Super
- Paid travel time (hourly) + structured scheduling
- 5 weeks annual leave

- Strong supervision and mentoring from experienced clinicians
- Multidisciplinary team (Speech +Occupational Therapy + Psychology, with further growth planned)
- Work across Melbourne’s north and west suburbs (with future clinic locations planned)
- Realistic caseload expectations (typically 5–6 clients/day)
- Managing a paediatric caseload focused on early intervention
- Working across community settings (with localised travel)
- Collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team
- Contributing to goal setting and NDIS-aligned care plans
- Supporting communication, social development, and functional outcomes
- Qualified Speech Pathologist
- SPA membership (or eligible)
- Passion for paediatrics and early intervention
- Comfortable working in a mobile/community-based role
- Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
