Imogen leads with trust, collaboration and curiosity - a natural connector who loves bringing people together to share ideas, challenge the norm and grow both personally and professionally. With an open-door approach and a genuine passion for developing others, she’s nurtured a culture at MAYDAY where people feel valued, motivated and proud of what they achieve.

Her career in recruitment spans almost two decades and two continents, shaped by her early years split between Canada and England (which explains the slightly muddled accent!). From working onsite with a global bank to facilitating hundreds of assessment centres for some of Australia’s best-known brands, Imogen has seen every side of the recruitment world. Over time, she found her niche in insurance, building deep industry knowledge and the kind of long-term relationships that have defined her career.

As Co-Founder of MAYDAY, Imogen is most proud of helping create the culture that makes the business what it is today: a place where people genuinely love what they do and who they do it with. She combines sharp commercial acumen with a people-first mindset, leading with energy, empathy and authenticity. Her superpower? Making people feel seen, supported and inspired to perform at their best, with a healthy dose of fun and positivity.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find her chasing after her two little humans, scouting out Gold Coast restaurants with playgrounds (the ultimate parent win), or planning her next adventure with friends and family. She also has a mild obsession with interior design, organised chaos and Aperol Spritz.
