Mason is a Recruitment Consultant at MAYDAY Healthcare, specialising in Nursing roles across Australia. He partners closely with clients and candidates to align expectations early covering capability, culture and long-term fit from the outset. Known for his reliability and relationship-led approach, Mason takes the time to understand what matters on both sides. He stays close throughout the process and beyond, focused on delivering outcomes that last rather than just quick wins.
 
Outside of work, Mason loves staying active, whether it’s smashing it on the tennis or padel courts or hunting for the next limited edition trainer to add to his collection. When he’s not tracking down sneakers, he’s hitting the ski slopes (you’ll have to ask him about the infamous collarbone incident!).
