Originally moving to Australia as an Early Childhood Teacher, Siobhan found her true calling in recruitment. After cutting her teeth in temp education roles, she transitioned into healthcare recruitment in 2020, right in the middle of the pandemic. Supporting frontline workers during that time shaped her passion for the industry and cemented her commitment to delivering talent that genuinely makes an impact.

Today, she leads MAYDAY Healthcare nationally, known for her solution-focused mindset, steady approach under pressure and unwavering belief that every challenge has a better way through it. Her stakeholders trust her because she delivers consistently, transparently and with care.

Outside of work, you’ll find her in the ocean (her claim to fame? Completing the Coogee Island Challenge!), spending time with family or recharging with a healthy dose of sunshine and saltwater.
